  • Novartis Vaccines And Diagnostics, Inc. v. United States Department Of Health And Human Service. Case No. 07-02138 (RWR) (District of Columbia).
    • Patent Infringement Litigation: Assisted counsel for the United States Department Of Health And Human Services in litigation against Novartis involving first generation HIV-1 hybridization diagnostics. Obtained judgment in favor of client, the United States of America.
  • The United States of America v. Institut Pasteur, et al. Case No. 08-00161 (RWR) (District of Columbia).
    • Patent Infringement Litigation: Assisted counsel for the United States of America in litigation against Institut Pasteur related to first generation HIV-1 hybridization diagnostics. Obtained judgment in favor of client, the United States of America.
  • Aspex Eyewear Inc. v. Zenni Optical, LLC. Case No. 2012-1318 (Fed. Cir. 2013).
    • Patent Infringement Litigation: Supported a patent appeal in the Federal Circuit and obtained an affirmance of a previously achieved court victory for the client (Zenni Optical, LLC) and against companion infringement claims relating to magnetically attached auxiliary frames for eyeglasses.
  • Aspex Eyewear, Inc. and Contour Optik, Inc. v. Zenni Optical, LLC. Case No. 0:09-cv-61468-WJZ (Southern District of Florida).
    • Patent Infringement Litigation: Counsel for Zenni Optical, LLC in a patent infringement case involving magnetic eyewear. Obtained summary judgment in favor of internet retailer Zenni Optical, LLC against allegations that it infringed patents relating to magnetic eyeglass frames.
  • Ormco Corporation v. Align Technology, Inc. Case No. C.D. Cal 03-cv-00016 (Central District Court, California).
    • Patent Infringement Litigation: Assisted counsel for Align Technology, Inc. in a patent infringement action involving four patents on methods of straightening teeth. Obtained a victory for Align Technology, Inc. in a motion for summary judgment of non-infringement.
