In accordance with the Federal Lawyers’ Act (BRAO) §§ 51, 51a, RUPPERT U.S. IP GmbH maintains a professional liability insurance with a minimum insurance sum of 2,500,000.00 Euros. Among other things, insurance cover is provided in the amount of the agreed sum insured for liability claims resulting

from activities in connection with consulting and employment in non-European law,
from activities of the lawyer before non-European courts, and
from claims of the policyholder before non-European courts.

Pursuant to §§ 206/207 BRAO, RUPPERT U.S. IP GmbH maintains individual title insurance policies for Dr. Ruppert in the amount of at least EUR 250,000.00.

Dispute Resolution Proceedings in Front of a Consumer Arbitration Board

Notice pursuant to Section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG): RUPPERT U.S. IP is not willing or obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
